La Cour de cassation a confirmé le report du verdict dans le procès de l’ancien ministre de la Justice, Constant Mutamba. Le ministère public avait requis dix ans de prison pour détournement de 19 millions de dollars destinés à la construction d’une prison à Kisangani.
La nouvelle date du délibéré reste inconnue, maintenant le suspense entier sur l’issue du procès.
